The Skin Brilliance Franchise Process

Step One

After reaching out to our franchise development team, the Skin Brilliance support team will email you a non-disclosure agreement and confidential information request forms to complete. Once submitted, we will set up a 30-minute introductory call between you and our franchise sales team, who will explain the benefits and opportunities available.

Step Two

After meeting and discussing your various franchise options, you’ll receive the Franchise Disclosure Document. Signing this document does not obligate you to purchase a franchise. This just lets us know we have done our due diligence and sent you all the necessary information should you choose to move forward.

Step Three

Congratulations! You decided to purchase a Skin Brilliance franchise! You will now be invited to Discover Day at our corporate headquarters. Here you’ll meet with our management staff, learn what it means to be a Skin Brilliance franchisee, and experience operations firsthand.

Step Four

Our franchise team will meet to discuss your application and your recent visit to decide if a Skin Brilliance franchise is right for your goals. Pending both parties’ acceptance to move forward, we will also run a background and credit check.

Step Five

Here comes the exciting part! We have offered you a Skin Brilliance franchise and you decide to accept the offer. You will then sign the Franchise Agreement, pay the initial franchise fees, and begin your new career as a business owner. You’ll once again meet with our franchise team to discuss your desired territory, develop your business plan, select a location, and undergo comprehensive training before your grand opening.

Skin Brilliance is a sister company of Face to Face Med Spa, which was founded in 2011 by Registered Nurse Jenny Abraham. As a wound care nurse for a large Austin Health Center at the time, Jenny was fascinated with the science behind quality facial products and ingredients. Struggling with acne and experimenting with different creams, treatments, and medications, Jenny wanted to prevent her acne rather than merely treat it. After years of trial and error at various med spas, Jenny decided to open up Face to Face, where high quality science-based facials meet real and effective results.

With the success of Face to Face, Jenny wanted to provide facial med spa franchise opportunities to like minded individuals passionate about skincare. With the successful launch of Face to Face Spa franchise system, Jenny wanted to also create a studio concept that was less expensive than a large med-spa by creating a studio concept for owner operators that hold a professional license.
